张洪宾,男,1983年11月出生,博士,副教授,凝聚态物理专业硕士研究生导师。2013.06毕业于中山大学凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位;2013.08至2016.08在苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院工作;2016.09加入伟德国际1946源于英国。主要研究领域为光电功能材料的控制生长、异质结构的制备,以及相关光电、磁电器件的构筑与性能表征,在该研究领域取得了一系列原创性的研究成果,在Adv. Mater., ACS Nano, Phys. Rev. B, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces,Nanoscale, J. Mater. Chem. C等国际重要学术期刊上发表学术论文30多篇。主持国家自然科学基金及省部级以上项目5项。作为参与人获广东省自然科学奖一等奖一项。
