杜学舰,男,1989年5月出生,博士,讲师。2017年毕业于山东大学微电子学院,获微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位。主要从事宽禁带氧化物半导体材料与器件领域的相关研究,在Journal of Materials Science、Materials Letters、Journal of Crystal Growth等国际知名期刊发表SCI收录论文20余篇(其中第一作者SCI论文6篇)。目前主持山东省自然科学基金1项,BETVLCTOR伟德官方网址青年科技项目培育基金1项。
