个人简历

张洪宾,男,博士,副教授,凝聚态物理及光电信息工程专业硕士研究生导师。2013.06毕业于中山大学凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位;2013.08至2016.08在苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院工作;2016.09加入伟德国际1946源于英国。主要研究领域为光电功能材料的控制生长、异质结构的制备,以及相关光电、磁电器件的构筑与性能表征,在该研究领域取得了一系列原创性的研究成果,在Adv. Mater.ACS NanoACS Appl. Nano MaterPhys. Rev. BACS Appl. Mater. InterfacesJ. Mater. Chem. C等国际重要学术期刊上发表学术论文50多篇。主持国家自然科学基金及省部级以上项目6项。作为核心成员参与获得广东省自然科学奖一等奖一项。
