个人简介

原晓波,女,汉族,理学博士,1978年生,山东莱州人。1997年进入BETVLCTOR伟德官方网址物理系学习,2001年取得学士学位,2006年在山东大学取得理学博士学位(硕博连读),同年7月进入伟德国际1946源于英国工作,2013年晋升为副教授。2014.09-2015.09,美国佛罗里达州立大学访问学者。现主讲本科生《原子物理学》、《大学物理》课程,还曾承担《材料结构分析基础》、《微电子学专业实验》以及研究生的《半导体器件物理》、《材料现代分析测试方法》等课程主讲工作,作为团队主要成员参加《原子物理学》混合式金课建设及其他教学改革工作。指导国家级大学生创新创业训练项目多项,指导本科生参加大学生物理竞赛、物理创新、科技创新、创新创业大赛等多项并获奖。曾获山东省大学生物理科技创新大赛优秀指导教师、BETVLCTOR伟德官方网址优秀共产党员、BETVLCTOR伟德官方网址优秀教学奖、BETVLCTOR伟德官方网址优秀学士学位论文指导教师、伟德国际1946源于英国十佳教师等荣誉称号。科研方面主要从事低维纳米材料电子结构性质研究,主持参与山东省自然科学基金、国家自然科学基金等科研项目10余项,在Appl. Phys. Lett.、J. Phys. Chem. Lett.等学术期刊发表SCI收录论文80多篇,曾获山东省高等学校科学技术奖二等奖等奖励。
